“The purse of administrative personnel”
Now we will deal with the administrative and managerial personnel (AUP). I note only that the word “managerial” is sometimes incorrectly interpreted. Many mistakenly believe that these are personnel managers. There are, of course, in the AUP cohort and such, but still a large part controls the processes – logistic, marketing, financial, etc. To understand the size of this wallet (wage AUP) again, we connect logic and common sense. If 10 workers “dig a hole” for 1/3 of 10 thousand rubles, and one worker controls this process, what is his share of the value created? Of course, his income must be higher than the income of one main employee, and at the same time he alone cannot have an income equal to the total income of all main employees.
The truth in this case is in the middle. His income will be 50% of the total income of “production workers” or 1/6 of the value created. Perform calculations for the wallet AUP, similar to the calculations above. So, your business creates a value of 300 thousand rubles a month. You can send (50 thousand rubles minus contributions and personal income tax) 34.52 thousand to pay administrative staff. How many people can I hire? That’s right – one person and most often – himself.
Over time and the development of business income (value created) increases and the maximum share of wallets can be reduced to a minimum. The basic staff wallet has this minimum level – 1/4 of the “whole”. Sometimes this decline takes 7-8 years, sometimes less. In proportion, the share of the AUP purse can also be reduced, but in relation to the main personnel purse it should not be less than double (1/8 of the “whole”). At the same time, the wage rate of individual workers increases by at least the rate of inflation.
So, today we have dealt with the payment of the main attracted resource – labor. It is not difficult to calculate that a total of two wallets – the main and administrative staff – can be as much as possible (at the start) exactly half of the value created, i.e. the remaining three wallets account for 50%. I propose, again, independently, until the next conversation, to reflect on what the share of tomorrow is, what is the current one at the start of the business and during its development. What share would suit you as a creator? Think of an abstract example for reflection this time.
Of course, many questions from today’s topic remained, as they say, “behind the scenes”. Who is considered a manager, and whom the main workers? How on the basis of the “Rules of the five wallets” to create a system of incentives (bonuses)? What to do if business incomes go down, and wages are already “marked”? How to divide the total payroll among the multi-skilled staff?
